We provide printing services for business materials including business cards, corporate stationery, and related print materials. Services include printing, finishing, and delivery of completed orders.

Service specifications, quantities, paper types, and finish options are determined during order processing and confirmed in order documentation.

Order Process

Orders are processed according to specifications provided by the customer. Order confirmation includes details such as quantity, materials, finishes, and delivery information.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order information, including delivery addresses, contact information, and print file specifications.

File Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing print files that meet technical requirements. Files should be in appropriate formats with adequate resolution and correct color specifications.

We review files for technical compliance but are not responsible for design errors, incorrect content, or files that do not meet specified requirements.

Production

Production is conducted according to confirmed order specifications. Standard production processes are followed to complete orders as specified.

Production timelines are discussed during order processing and may vary based on order complexity, quantity, and current production schedule.

Quality

We conduct quality inspections during production and before delivery. Materials are inspected for compliance with order specifications.

Standard printing tolerances apply for color matching, registration, and dimensional accuracy. Variations within normal printing tolerances are not considered defects.

Delivery

Completed orders are delivered to the address specified in the order. Delivery methods and timelines are discussed during order processing.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect address information.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from printing services.

Liability for design errors, incorrect content, or file issues rests with the customer. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided content or files.

Payment

Payment terms are discussed during order processing. Orders are subject to payment according to agreed terms.

Payment is required before or upon delivery as specified in order documentation.

Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of content and designs provided for printing. We do not claim ownership of customer-provided materials.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have rights to use all content and designs provided for printing, including images, text, and design elements.

Changes and Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations may be possible depending on production status. Requests for changes or cancellations should be made as soon as possible.

Changes or cancellations after production has begun may not be possible or may incur additional costs.

Disputes

Disputes should be addressed through direct communication. We work to resolve issues through discussion and reasonable accommodation.

If disputes cannot be resolved through direct communication, standard business dispute resolution procedures apply.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which services are provided.

Warranties

We provide printing services in accordance with confirmed order specifications. Materials are produced using standard industry practices and quality control measures.

We do not provide warranties beyond compliance with order specifications. Standard printing tolerances apply, and variations within normal tolerances are not considered defects.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, equipment failures, supplier issues, or other force majeure events.

In such circumstances, we will work to minimize impact and resume normal operations as soon as possible. Customers will be notified of any significant delays or issues affecting their orders.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Material changes to terms will be communicated to customers when applicable. Customers are encouraged to review terms periodically for updates.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be replaced with valid provisions that most closely reflect the original intent.
